UNDERSTANDING THE SC LEASE (NAA Click & Lease)
Morning Session - 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The first half of the program will feature a review of the NAA Click and Lease program.

• Common resident violations of the lease, including nonpayment, criminal activity, and noise violations
• Landlord remedies in the event of breach/default of the lease
• Lease renewal and non-renewal provisions, including notice requirements
• Exploring misconceptions about the Lease and possible loopholes (that can be filled via addenda)
• Paragraph-by-paragraph analysis of the lease, including a "Top Ten" issues list
• Review of the lease enforcement, including ejectment
