DIRECT MEMBERSHIP shall be open to persons or entities that own, build, develop or manage residential rental housing properties. Annual dues are $2.40 per unit owned or managed by the applicant plus a $200 membership fee ($350 minimum). For those members who own, build, develop or manage between 1 - 25 units, the yearly dues will be $175 plus $200 Membership fee; for 26 - 75 units, dues will be $225 plus a $200 membership fee. For those communities that are under construction or in their first year of lease-up, $500 (flat rate – good for one year only).
Membership renewal dues are due and payable on or before January 1st each year. As a member of the Apartment Association of Greater Columbia, you will also become a member of the S.C. Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.
In completing this application, I/we agree to abide by the Bylaws and Code of Ethics of the Apartment Association of Greater Columbia. In the event of termination of membership in this Association, I/we agree to discontinue immediately the use of its insignia or any forms of the Association.
